Ramp Agent Rhonda cooks a traditional Hawaiian breakfast for Crews each day. She does this on her free time with her own money, never asking for anything in return and refusing any attempt of payment. It’s all done in the spirit of aloha.

She is simply the kindest, most generous SWA Employee I have had the pleasure to meet. It’s well known that she provides a hot breakfast for the entire Crew on the very early flights out of ITO. It’s usually more food that you can eat! Rhonda does this ALL THE TIME at her own expense. Additionally, she does a great little dance while marshaling the aircraft to park. She always brings a smile to my face.
