Setting the Bar High
I’m a dedicated Southwest flyer, but this year I’ve had the “luck” of flying another airline. I have to say I missed Southwest, and today proved the point. Southwest’s Customer Service is always excellent. We had the honor of transporting one of our fallen soldiers and showing respect to him, his family, our military, and our veterans. My hat’s off to Southwest for always setting the bar higher, respecting your Customers and the military, always doing the right thing, and pushing the industry in the right direction. Thank you.
