See Something, Say Something
I was working as a B Flight Attendant on a hot day, and we were done with boarding. Ryan opened the aft door and was about to begin the provisioning process for the aircraft; however, Ryan noticed a large dent on the tail of the aircraft. He immediately informed me, and I called the Pilot to take a look. He was worried that this dent would cause issues while taking off. The courage Ryan had to stop the aircraft from leaving the gate was admirable. If Ryan would not have been concerned about our Safety, who knows what would’ve happened. I thank you for going above and beyond your work duties, and for potentially saving our lives that day. Never change—you are a valuable asset to Southwest and to all of us.
