I think it has been at least 20 years since we have started flying enough to have a Companion Pass. Unfortunately, it took our parents’ illnesses for us to get it, but SWA was an absolute life-saver when we were flying every weekend from MCI to BNA to sit with them while they were dying. Your affordable fares and Customer-friendly policies made it possible for us to take care of them as well as we could while still working. After they passed away, we enjoyed all the perks that go with flying SWA for the next 20 years and were the envy of our friends with our frequent trips. There was no way we were going tolose that Companion Pass! Today, I am again counting my blessings for your Customer-friendly policies. Our only child has been diagnosed with cancer; now, we are planning weekly trips between MCI and DAL.
