LUV for LAX
I want to give some LUV to the Southwest LAX Ground Crew that was servicing flights in and out of gate area 18B… I spent some time watching them, and they were seriously hustling while maintaining a safe, professional environment. There were so many flights delayed due to weather, and I could see them prepping for our incoming plane, having everything ready so they could turn the plane around quickly and get our flight boarded and headed to SMF. Ground Crews work in all kinds of weather and circumstances beyond their control. I could feel the pride that this Team takes in their work, and I want Southwest’s Leaders to know this group is a credit to their organization. Please give them my appreciation!.
