I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service provided by two of your Flight Attendants, Tara and Shanon. I have been struggling with flight anxiety, and upon arriving at the airport, I was incredibly anxious. As soon as I stepped onto the plane, I was overwhelmed by panic and tears. In vulnerability, I approached Tara and Shanon, who were near the back. I explained to them that I was experiencing a severe panic attack. They sprang into action, offering me comfort, reassurance, and unwavering support. During boarding, Tara and Shanon stayed by my side, giving me the encouragement I needed to stay calm. After takeoff, Tara and Shanon repeatedly checked on me, ensuring I was okay. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly made a world of difference during what would have otherwise been an incredibly distressing experience. Thanks to their exceptional care, I was able to endure the flight with a sense of peace and security I hadn’t thought possible. Tara and Shanon are a true credit to Southwest and have a dedication to Customer care. Thank you, Tara and Shanon, for going above and beyond to assist me during a difficult time.
