I wanted to share a recent experience on a flight. Flight Attendant Jacques was indeed outstanding. As a frequent traveler, and when I say frequent, I do mean FREQUENT (with over a million Rapid Rewards points), I needed to take the time to write in about an awesome experience. Jacques took the time to converse with me and on behalf of the airline, he demonstrated his appreciation for my loyal business. He truly deserves an ABCD award. That stands for going ABOVE and BEYOND the CALL of DUTY! He made my travel day special and spectacular. He gifted me a bag of goodies that include a personalized thank you card that demonstrated his and Southwest’s appreciation for my continued loyal business. I truly appreciate what SWA offers to weekly travelers such as myself. Thank you all for the LUV I get every week!
