Po always goes above and beyond for her peers and Passengers, but the act of kindness she displayed tops it all! She noticed a Build-A-Bear box left by a kiosk and started asking if it belonged to anyone. One of her Cohearts let her know that they saw a little girl carrying it when they checked a car seat in at the kiosk. She looked inside the box and saw that the certificate read “Emma,” and she began her research. Po looked through every flight list for an Emma traveling in a party of five. Eventually, she was able to find the only traveling in a party of five, Emma, who had a checked car seat and knew it had to be hers. She looked up the reservation and saw they would be traveling back to OAK later in the week. Po held the bear for Emma, and she even made her and her brother’s certificates and put some SWA swag in the box. On the day of her return, Po left the box with the BSO Agents and asked them to page her when the bags for her flight arrived. Emma was surprised to hear her name called, and her family wondered what it could be about; needless to say, they were all so surprised and very appreciative to have her bear returned as they thought it was lost forever. Po went above and beyond, truly making the end of their trip so memorable. She is the definition of Servant’s Heart
