Oumou attempted to get a buddy pass from a friend of hers to fly him on American, but she wasn’t able to. So, she did not hesitate to purchase a ticket for him on Delta Airlines. She not only purchased the ticket, she also made sure that he made it to the gate, and she even found out the funeral home information for him. This is not the first time Oumou showed how big of a Servant’s Heart she has! This Customer was extremely grateful and almost in tears due to the care that Oumou showed. I was in tears myself!”
