I recently flew from Denver to Nashville and wanted to recognize the incredible care your Crew showed my six-year-old son. From the moment we boarded, Flight Attendant Antonio made him feel special, going out of his way to include him throughout the experience. He even coordinated with the Captain to invite my son to the cockpit. The Captain also gave him pilot trading cards. The trading cards made his day, as he dreams of becoming a pilot. My son said it was the best day of his life. Antonio continued to show remarkable kindness and patience, making my son feel like part of the Team. Even while handling difficult situations with other Passengers, he remained calm, professional, and fully present with us. Thanks to your Crew, my son is still talking about this trip and is now planning a Southwest-themed birthday party!
