Our son Niko lost his father unexpectedly just a few months ago, so we planned a trip to Las Vegas to bring some joy back into his life and celebrate his birthday with a Stevie Nicks concert. During our flight, Todd, one of your incredible Flight Attendants, created a moment none of us will ever forget. Without being told anything, Todd invited Niko to the front of the plane and asked what made his trip special. When Niko shared that it was his birthday and that he dreams of becoming a singer, Todd gave him a memory he’ll cherish forever—he invited Niko to sing for the entire cabin! The passengers applauded, then everyone joined in for a heartfelt rendition of Happy Birthday. To top it off, Todd even gifted Niko a few dollars from his own wallet. Todd brought joy, healing, and kindness exactly when our family needed it most. His compassion made a lasting impact on our son and on us.
